Is freeze dried food healthy? I think so many people want to know it and want to argue about it, since there still no confirmed answer about it I think. Why? Because it’s still related with the situation of raw materials, we don’t know if it is healthy or not sometimes.
But the health degree of other dried food, or other foods, is also hard to define and I am sure that freeze dried food is much more healthy then others according its productive process and its productive theory. Many people just don’t know how to make freeze dried food. It is a kind of dehydration process. After frozen, the ice in the food will be sublimated into gas, which is dramatic and wonderful, without adding other additives. So, if the raw material is healthy, then how can the freeze dried food not healthy?
It’s quite easy for us to take some examples. In so many beverage factories, they usually make their beverage with fruit tastes by mixing with some fruit powder. If we want to make mango beverage, we will use mango powder, but the question is which kind of mango powder. As we all known that not every kind of fruit powder is healthy and organic. But I can say if you use freeze dried fruit powder, you will make your beverage be named healthy beverage if you keep other ingredients healthy too.
My explanation might not be so detailed, but at least I express the theory or the processing technology of it. According it, we could know whether the freeze dried food healthy or not.
